The circuit offered here needs 12 volts and delivers a pulsed voltage with a frequency, which can chosen free. Therefore the power of the feet-heater can be regulated easily. The regulation itself is done by a potentiometer, which is part of the circuit. The build-in in a box is likewise possible.
