Express of alienation from any content of other web-pages
In the decision from 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links" of the Landgericht of Hamburg it was stated that using a link to another page, the webmaster has a possible responsibility for the content of the linked page. To avoid this, a express alienation from a content of another page is needed.
Therefore i alienate herewith explicit from all contents of all linked pages on my web-page. This declaration is valid for all links on my page.
Further on i want to express, that from my side no influence whatsoever on the form and the content of any linked page takes place. Therefore i will not incur any liability for rightist extremistic, child-porn or any other criminal content.
I ask you to let me know about any type of such links from my page per E-Mail to WebMaster@GliderDesignParts.de. In this case i will immediately delete such links and bring them possibly to advice.
